Driven by a deep desire to listen to the signals of my own body, my path has been one of continuous deepening. I have always lived by the belief that "a bird must be able to fly." To me, this represents the essential freedom we all deserve—a freedom we can create within our own body, mind, and heart.
Through various trainings and workshops, I have refined my ability to translate the body’s wisdom into healing. Today, my work is fundamentally guided by the conviction that everything is energy.
As a yoga teacher and specialized bodyworker, I facilitate a deep connection between your physical and spiritual self. I work from the core principle that everybody is different, and every body is different. There is no "one size fits all" in healing; there is only your unique rhythm.
My practice is built on three core pillars:
Intuitive Movement: To rediscover your natural flow and the spirit of a free bird.
Thai Yoga Massage: For deep relaxation and energetic balance.
Pelvic Bodywork: Focusing on releasing deep-seated tension and inviting softness back in.
I believe that when we quiet the mind, the body begins to speak its truth. My work creates a bridge to your deepest self, using movement and energy as the language of connection. Through the flow of Reiki and the gentle process of Inner Child work, I support you in returning to your natural state of being.
